Shooting nature under low light conditions can be challenging, specially if you are trying to capture motion.
Having a wide aperture allows you to have a fast shutter speed, however, not all the elements of the image will be in focus. I prefer using a macro lens to allow plenty of light into the sensor. But at the end....the biggest quality you must have to capture motion under low light conditions is PATIENCE.
